The house is hidden on a off beaten path from the main road which was a little hard to find at first but we were able to locate it in the end. I’m giving it 4 stars only because under the sink where the trash is, a sour smell would come out when you open the cabinet door. Yes, the place is clean but you can tell the sink needs to be scrubbed. I wouldn’t recommend for people who want to swim at the beach. The water is right in front of the house but it has soooo many rocks and pebbles plus the waves were choppy when we went so we didn’t get to go inside the water. We didn’t mind because we knew this time of the year the water would be cold and it’s off season so I wasn’t expecting much beach time anyway. I recommend going to Kamari or Perissa if you want a sandy flat beach. Overall, our stay was peaceful and intimate. The wind was really strong and kept me up a couple times but again we went during Fall and the weather is changing. We enjoyed staying in on the evenings and watching Netflix while drinking wine since it was too chilly to sit outside. I would say this is more for couples or individuals who want to be far from the busy street and touristy places. Thank you Moscha for a lovely time for my husband and I.

The house is located in a... read more quiet area right along the beach. It is the perfect place for a quiet, relaxing holiday. Very nearby are all of the restaurants in Kamari, so there are plenty of nice places to eat relatively near. We had a lovely time staying here, and would definitely come back some time in future.

Beach is larger volcanic black rock, so don’t expect sand.... read more But we were only interested in sitting in the chairs and watching the water drinking wine of course! The house was cute and perfect for 2 people. The patio out front was perfect to continue watching the water later in the evening. The airport, even though it’s right behind you, doesn’t bother you as there are not planes coming and going all the time because it is a small island. We rented a car for our trip so getting anywhere was easy. Highly recommended! Host was very helpful and very responsive! Thanks for a great stay!
