the bed is comfy , shower is great , wifi works fine, parking spot is great (you can see your car from... read more the bedroom ). there’s a very small market close to the place ( and a SUPERmarket a bit farther ) , it’s a peaceful remote area far from main touristic places like oia or fira , but maybe it feels too remote for someone who’s looking for a bit more movement. the place is located close to an industrial location and the airport , thus the surrounding area is a bit dull and airplanes landing and taking off can be heard every now and then , but no big deal. however , literally in front of the place , you have the beach which is a bit rocky but great to have to refresh oneself and hear the peaceful waves all day and night long.

The place itself is seriously right on the water, so you fall asleep listening to the waves and wake up to the most amazing sunrise. It was cozy, the decor was warm and wonderful, and you could walk to the nearby town for groceries. It is secluded, quiet, and a great place to think and watch the sea. The bathroom was ah, excellent, hot water, and so many special touches. Loved my stay - definitely recommend!
